Nat Just Cakes exclusively creates chocolate ganache iced, fondant covered cakes. To better accommodate the high demand for orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. I will always do my best to work with my clients, but I also need to be fair to those who are ready to book. This policy allows me to dedicate my time to confirmed orders without having to chase payments or hold dates indefinitely.
Nat Just Cakes now offers gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options for both cakes and decorated cookies upon request. These items are made using gluten-free or plant-based ingredients when applicable; however, they are prepared in a home kitchen that also regularly processes wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens.
Because of this shared kitchen environment, I cannot guarantee that products are completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
Gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free items are intended for customers with dietary preferences or sensitivities. They are not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies or medical conditions such as celiac disease.
Nationwide Cookie Shipping Rates
Standard Season (January – April, September – December)
1 dozen cookies: $100 shipping
2 dozen cookies: $150 shipping
Summer Shipping (May – August)
Due to higher temperatures, additional insulation and expedited shipping is required.
1 dozen cookies: $125 shipping
2 dozen cookies: $180 shipping
**Shipping prices listed above reflect shipping, carrier insurance, insulation, and packaging costs only and do not include the price of the cookies.**
Orders are shipped using expedited carriers to help minimize transit time and include carrier insurance for added protection during delivery.
Once an order has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Decorated cookies are delicate by nature. While every effort is made to package them securely, minor shifting or small imperfections may occasionally occur during transit.
If a package is lost or arrives with significant damage, the included shipping insurance allows a claim to be filed with the carrier.
During warmer months, additional insulation and cooling materials are used, however, Nat Just Cakes cannot guarantee that products will not be affected by extreme temperatures once the package is in transit.
To ensure I give each order the time and attention it deserves, I will continue opening my books in three-month increments for the foreseeable future. This allows me to manage my schedule efficiently while maintaining the quality you expect from Nat Just Cakes.
