A little Backstory

Hello All!
My Name is Natalie and I am the owner and creator of Nat Just Cakes! I began decorating cakes when I was 17, after visiting a cousin who taught me how to pipe my very first buttercream rose and ever since I’ve been hooked. I took my curiosity and love for baking to later work in a Publix Supermarket Bakery (where I learned to pipe many, many more roses) to becoming the lead decorator at a cupcake shop. I then went on to graduate college with my A.S. in Bakery and Pastry Management which led me to a job at a Custom Cake Shop in Winter Park Florida where I was able to work and learn from some insanely talented individuals who helped me realize my dream of living my life doing what I love! I currently create out of my home studio in Orlando, FL. I genuinely love creating works of art that help people celebrate memorable moments in their lives, because after all they’re not just cake, they’re edible art!
